The work on ‘Optimisation Framework and Methodology’ is still progressing well, despite minor Covid-19 delays. An extensive comparison between CNG and Diesel engine has been performed to assess the impact on the vehicle weight and emissions. The Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) analyses have been performed based on the simulations to show the environomic improvement with the ORCA vehicles, both truck and bus. The developed methodologies will be further used to assess the final vehicles based on prototypes testing data.
